Dresden/Leipzig

Hannover/Braunschweig

Stuttgart

Frankfurt a.M.

Hamburg and surrounding area

 

  • Shopping centers with very little office space

 

  • Residential and retail buildings (focus Berlin) with less than 15% commercial usage and over 90% occupancy

 

  • Senior centers / nursing homes with 15+ years lease contract (must have a known operator with good credit rating)

 

  • Hotel development plot within top inner city locations (congested urban areas in Germany).
